Course Description:
The course is for anyone who wants to learn to draw perfect Mandalas but who does not know where to begin. At the start of the course I will show you what materials you will need, and how to start step by step. I keep these materials to a bare minimum so that it won't cost you the earth! We will start with the basics of Mandala-The Patterns. There is then an exercise in creating Pattern shapes, elements used to add detailings, exlporing & experimenting to form new patterns of your own. Next you will learn how to form a Circular Mandala grid & the necessity to create those. These are things that you will do in all your artworks in the future and so are important to learn right from the start.
The course continues with an exploration of combining the patterns within the Mandala Grid, and this will show you how to get symmetry and uniformity in your Mandala. We finish up with an Intricate Mandala with a color pop (as shown in the images above), shown step-by-step, which uses all these techniques put together.
